a range. Begin searching, but set your target 10% to 20% lower than your maximum
amount. Make a plan to save the difference!

- Living in walking distance to public transportation can save you money
- An unfurnished apartment can be furnished on the cheap through thrift store and
other means. You will pay a premium for a furnished apartment and the news flash is
that the furniture is also used.
- If you don't have a bed you do not need to spend $600 or more to buy one. A quality
air mattress can be bought for $175.00 or less and is very comfortable to sleep on.
